Creekside conducted a comprehensive pre-demolition asbestos survey for Renaissance Homes at their new Boat House Development located in Wilsonville and we followed up with supervising the abatement of several areas which contained asbestos materials. This work allowed our RDC to move forward with re-development of the residential site.
