Creekside has managed and successfully completed dozens of projects involving underground storage tank (UST) assessment and decommissioning, facility decontamination and closure, and site cleanup management for Northwest clients.  Most recently, Creekside completed a full-scale demolition and cleanup of a former battery site in southeast Portland, decommissioning of 16 USTs for Eastman Chemical Company in NW Portland, and we managed the OKI Semiconductor facility closure and site cleanup project located in Tualatin, Oregon. These projects included collecting, documenting and reporting the results for hundreds of samples collected from facility surfaces, soil, groundwater, storm water, and solid waste management units.
