Creekside conducted several comprehensive pre-demolition asbestos surveys for The Holt Group at multiple residential homes located in Happy Valley and we followed up with supervising the abatement of several areas in each home which contained asbestos materials. This work allowed our THG to move forward with re-development of the residential site.
