Assisted in preparation for the possibility of a multimedia regulatory compliance inspection. The purpose of the review was to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of hundreds of environmental records (including hazardous waste manifests, land ban forms, exception letters, TSCA notifications, SARA Title III, Section 313 reports), and to provide recommendations for the client to achieve compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
