Creekside conducted a comprehensive hazardous materials survey which included sampling and identification of materials and equipment which may contain asbestos, lead based paint, PCBs and mercury for Emerick Construction prior to the demolition of ten dormitory buildings and offices on at a private school. Approximately 80 samples were collected and all the transformers and other equipment were evaluated and researched for potential hazardous materials. Creekside also managed the abatement of any positive results to ensure proper disposal prior to the demolition of the buildings.
