Hazardous Materials Surveys, for Guardian Management at Multiple Apartment Complexes (2007-2008)

Creekside was asked to assess Non-Scope Considerations (environmental issues outside the scope of the E 1527-05 guidance document). The scope of work for the Non-Scope Considerations included the assessment of the following items, using approved procedures and protocols: Asbestos, Lead-based Paint, Lead in Drinking Water, Mold, Radon, Presence of Wetlands, Vapor Intrusion, and Environmental Compliance.
