Underground Storage Tank Decommissioning

Eastman Chemical Company in Portland, City of Beaverton, Plainfields Restaurant, & Skidmore Realty – Oregon Sites (June – September 2002). 

Provided oversight and compliance permitting and agency correspondence for the decommissioning of fourteen 1,000 to 25,000 gallon USTs at various sites in Portland and surrounding suburbs. Projects involved preparing Sampling and Analysis Plans, Risk-Based, Matrix, & Generic Remedy Decommissioning Reports, and Corrective Action Plans for the sites.
